First (interim) advice on supervisory structure AI Act
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) and the Dutch Authority for Digital Infrastructure (RDI) were asked to come up with a joint advice on how the supervision of the AI Act can be organized in an effective way.
Through this letter they provide the Minister of Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and the Minister for Digitalisation with a first (interim) advice. The recommendations and points of attention in this letter are the result of close cooperation with many supervisory authorities involved.
