Call for input on manipulative and exploitative AI systems
The Department for the Coordination of Algorithmic Oversight (DCA) of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) calls for input on the first two prohibitions in the AI Act.
Call for input
In this first call for input, we adress two of the prohibitions in the AI Act: manipulative and deceptive AI systems (prohibition A) and exploitative AI systems (prohibition B). In a later stage, input will also be asked for with respect to other prohibitions.
In the call for input, specific criteria for the prohibitions will be delineated upon, several questions will be asked. You can provide your input till the 17th of November 2024.
