Memorandum of Understanding ICO-AP
The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP), the Dutch data protection authority, has concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the British Information Commissioner (ICO) on October 31st, 2024.
An MoU is an international cooperation agreement. The aim of an MoU is to facilitate cooperation and joint research.
